T he brief for this house was very simple – to transform the exterior fascia of this ‘ugly duckling’ house into an exceptional looking family home with fantastic curb appeal. Following a few 3D photo realistic render images to demonstrate the enormous visual difference, we chose to remove the existing exterior fascia tiles and replace with a blend of superb brick slips.

To fix these to the existing property, we chose a backing board that could simply be screwed into the existing masonry. The difference was incredible. We enhanced the new windows with quality cast stone cills and string course. Topped off with a limestone portico and bespoke entrance, the transformation was a huge success.
