GREAT MISSENDEN

An extension was constructed to the rear increasing space to both the kitchen and dining room areas and the remainder of the ground floor converted to open plan. A new bespoke high quality kitchen was fitted together with ground floor wash room and utility area and underfloor heating installed throughout with a two-way fireplace as a feature to the main living space.

The front of the house including the façade was completely remodelled to give it a modern clean look with a new entrance, cladding, retainer walls and paving block driveway. A large stone patio and walled garden area was created to the rear through extensive excavation with the remainder of the garden above it re-landscaped.

To the first floor two new bathrooms were installed, the second of which was converted to an en-suite to the master bedroom and the remaining three bedrooms were re-modelled with built in wardrobes and new fixtures and fittings. Both the exterior and interior of this property were redecorated completely with new wooden flooring and carpeting. The electrical and central heating systems were also completely replaced and upgraded with new fittings and appliances throughout.
