PROJECT SUMMARY
Holland Park is a 5,941sq ft internal and external renovation and transformation by Newman Design & Build of a lateral garden apartment, spanning the lower and raised ground floors of a Grade 2 listed Italianate villa in Kensington.
The interior has been designed to provide a blend of modern classicism with 21st century technology. In addition, positioned beneath the landscaped garden, a cinema and bar, steam room, spa area and gym designed to be accessible from the garden floor along with the basement swimming pool.
