This included the complete replacement of the kitchen and two bathrooms together with downstairs washroom with more stylish designs and fittings. The property was redecorated and revamped both internally and externally, re-carpeted and upgrades made to the central heating and electric systems with partial re-wiring and new fittings throughout.

The enclosed garden to the rear was re-landscaped with new lawn, borders and patio areas as a practical family area.

This slightly tired and run down property was quickly transformed on reasonable budget back into a practical, comfortable and smart family home with an ‘as new ‘ look and feel.
