T he customer provided a clear brief for two projects. The first project was to replace the existing ‘ugly duckling’ garden room, which was too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter and too small to provide an everyday living space suitable for the size of the property. Jilly designed a character bespoke oak garden room. The large glazed roof lantern floods light into the room and the panoramic glass panels and full height bifolds provide second to none scenic garden views and Cotswold countryside.

We worked closely with West Oxfordshire to obtain planning for a design that would complement the host property and remain in keeping with the original building.

The second project was to design a first floor all glass contemporary link between the master bedroom and the turret building above the existing kitchen. Jilly successfully produced the visual drawings for the design and planning was successful. The client contracted the build regs, build, supply and installation of both projects. Another successful transformation and happy client.
